Even if Brăila is very close to my home town, there is a big difference in the way each city conserved the architectural monuments. Galati renovated only a few old buildings but in Brăla you can find these buildings almost anywhere throughout the city. For this reason I enjoy every time I need to photograph weddings in Braila.
Mariana and George chose to make a traditional wedding. After the civil ceremony, we had a small photo session at the Cultural Center Nicapetre and then we went to the religious ceremony. The greek church in Braila, where Mariana and George had the marriage, is of a rare beauty even if it needs restoration. Then we had another photo session in the old city. The sun highlighted the cobblestones perfectly and the effect was great.
I thank Mariana and George for their trust and I wish them many happy years together!
